We are so lucky to have a Daddy who is this awesome. He turned 28 and we were able to celebrate with him. Mom took him out to Texas Roadhouse for lunch and then we had a small party with him later that night. Dad even shared his "snowball coconut" cake with us ;) Thank you for being such a great Daddy and we hope you have a great 28!

Curious Dino's
With our Thanksgiving Point pass we have been going to the museums a lot lately and have been having so much fun with different people.
. Colin is Teething and has been having a hard time sleeping so he has been content just to hang out in the stroller.
This time we went with Cousin Stephanie and her kids Jemeson and Calissa.
The boys like learning about water erosion and digging for little figure dinosaurs.
Mom is always impressed with the huge t-rex's and the enormous Supersaurus
Watch out Kyle! It's right behind you!
Digging for dino bones is always a great way to end the experience. The boys like taking brushes and finding things under the sand. Both Adam and Kyle were working on important excavations.
The last few pictures are from when we went to the curiosity museum earlier this month with grandma and grandpa cook and Aunts and Uncle Jared. It is such a fun place for kid and adult alike :)

Family History
Every year, mom prints out the blog and turns it into a book. We already got last years book delivered. I love how Adam and Kyle want mom and Dad to read it to them like it is any other book. It is, after all, the story of their lives :) I like being able to record these events and memories with pictures and words and I am excited to see how our family will grow this year.
We went to a new dentist this morning and the boys loved it. They could watch their favorite show while they got their teeth cleaned, they each got a balloon and a toy car along with their tooth brush and tooth paste and best of all there was a train going around the whole office the entire time. My boys adore trains :) This was Kyle's first check up and cleaning and he did super great. Adam was a little hesitant at first but he soon realized that mom wasn't going anywhere and he was able to relax and watch his Cars movie. Kyle chipped his tooth sometime after his first birthday but no one could tell but Mom. it was nice to have it confirmed by the dentist and for him to say that it was just little boy syndrome :)

Lunch in a Fort
The boys got this awesome present from Grandma and Grandpa for Christmas and today they asked Dad if he would help them make a fort. Then to celebrate we all had grilled cheese sandwiches inside for lunch. Thanks Daddy!

fire, party, sickness
It has been an eventfull weekend. On Friday our neighbors house caught on fire. No one was hurt, but it caused a lot of damage. the flames were so high! While Kyle and Colin slept, Mom and Adam watched the fire fighters as they put out the flames. It was exciting and a bit scary.
Friday we also made a craft for the letter "n" necklaces. I can't tell if Adam was dancing or throwing a fit. We will stick with dancing ;)
On, Saturday the boys were able to go to a friends birthday party where the theme was rescue bots. Kyle loved the masks and he chose blades, or orange, his favorite color. Adam got the red heat wave but didn't want to model it.
On Sunday Adam woke up feeling a little under the weather and on Monday he stayed like this on the couch all day long. He tried to convince me this morning that he was still sick but who wouldn't want this kind of treatment as long as possible. I am glad he got over that little bug quickly. No one likes having a fever and feeling sick. He told me Monday morning that he might have some "sickness in his tummy" which is his way of saying that he felt like throwing up. We love our sweet little Adam.

Room for growth and learning
With the new year, we decided to move the boys preschool to their own room downstairs! They love the new space and mom loves being a little more organized. This year we are learning more about days of the week and month and what sounds the letters make. Adam is getting excited because he will be starting kindergarten after he turns five this year. Luckily I still have until August to be his school teacher :)
Gansito!
