32 Surprise!
I had the most wonderful birthday! Breakfast out with my boys (kneaders gives a free dessert to birthday people, yay for delicious and unexpected pumpkin cheesecake!) A restful afternoon and Nathaniel surprised me by inviting basically all my local friends and family to come over for a barbecue and party. I was not expecting that. It was a great surprise to see so many loved ones in one place. I feel so loved! 32 is going to be a good year.

Love at Home
I love Doener Kababs, and Halloumi cheese, and bright flowers. I love that Dad spoils me on my birthday week. Colin loves the color red, he decided it was his favorite color. Our neighbor lawn-mowers love having fun with the boys and their snap circuits. I love the new book shelves that our neighbors gave us and Bennett loves his big brothers so much he wants to do everything they are doing!

First flight to say goodbye
Grandma and Grandpa Cook are moving to Utah! We are so excited for them to be here! First, though, comes the bittersweet experience of saying goodbye. They flew us out to California. Kyle, Colin, and Bennett all had their first plane rides and it was the first that Adam remembered. They were excited to say the least. On the way home, Bennett was loud but happy screeching the whole way.
So many memories were made and shared at this place that was Daddy's home since he was a little older than Adam. Like when Aunt Camilla and Dad made the town Roxen and they had an economy built with rocks. Or when they found a red wagon, or the countless marshmallow wars. We had honorary wars while we were there. We were so happy for the opportunity to come and say goodbye to this wonderful place and we are looking forward to the opportunity to make more memories at their new place in Utah!
