How could you go sour with a Mom and Dad who double as a peanut M&M and a Skittle? It sure doesn't hurt to have the sweetest little fireman, minion and pumpkin, and R2D2 as Halloween buddies. Donna and Uncle Jared came along, but didn't want to dress up. They would have been storm troopers.
Colin was really getting the hang of it by the end of the evening. Mommy stayed at home because she has been having a lot of contractions, but the boys loved it so much!
One of our neighbors makes a home made corn maze every year and this year exceeded expectations. Happy Halloween!

Trunk or Treat
Colin is such a willing subject to sit and help me get a picture of our Halloween decor.
I love how these three boys are learning to play so well together. We had a PJ day and just had a lot of fun doing things in our cozy house and PJ's
We had a lot of fun at our wards carnival and trunk or treat this year, though Colin was a little clingy with all the people around, but there was always someone around willing to pick him up!
Dad was a very sweet skittle

6 years at the homestead
Our anniversary was great this year. We started by driving to Midway and going to the cheese factory there. Dad got some sharp cheddar and Mom got caramels, and we both got delicious ice cream.
Then we took a ride on the Heber creeper, it was a lot of fun and we will need to bring the boys some day.
We drove around Midway, it is such a beautiful town, especially this time of year. I wouldn't mind one day living there.
We stayed at the homestead resort, which was awesome. we had a yummy dinner and swam in the morning after a delicious breakfast. we headed up to the Outlets at Park City, where we went on out Honeymoon, and did a lot of window shopping, then went to the movies. Dad sprayed Mom's hair bright pink this day but since there is no picture evidence, you can't prove it! Here's to the next six and sixty years. I love you Schatzie!

Snuggle bug, curiosity
I'm going to indulge for a minute and tell you about my snuggle bug. Even though Colin has learned lately how to throw a good fit, he is still the snuggliest little bug I know. It really doesn't even matter when or what he is doing he will take a break in an instant to snuggle. This isn't even a quick two-second snuggle, nope, usually it lasts minutes! I love it, and Daddy loves it too. I hope he never changes.
We had another fun trip to the curiosity museum with Stephanie, Jamison and Calissa. Kyle liked the topo map generator,
Colin and Calissa hung out at the water table,
and Adam was so sweet manning the produce stand. Other little kids would bring "money" and he would find the fruits and vegetables they wanted.

Jaker's
I felt like being crafty, so I made a wreath.
Then my niece Stephanie called to see if I wanted to join her, Kimberly, and their mom, my sister Sherri at Jaker's once again this year. I was just about to call her and invite her to come with me. We had a great time as usual.
The hay ride went through some of the corn fields this year and everyone loved that part.
The corn pit was super deep this year, and a lot bigger. I didn't even mind finding corn in their pockets or in the van afterward.I loved spending time with my sister and Nieces (and their husbands) and my boys loved spending time with their kids too. I'm looking forward to next year already!
